How do I try Zoyo?
Start with a demo. We walk through Zoyo with your club's season in mind, and if it looks like a fit we set you up with hands-on access so your staff can try it with your own teams before you decide.
Is Zoe AI usage capped?
Zoe AI is included with all current plans under a fair-use policy designed to comfortably cover normal club operations, including scheduling, communications, summaries, drafts, and reminders. Where usage falls outside fair use, such as bulk scraping or unattended automation, our current practice is to contact the club before applying any limits.
Do we have to use the automated features?
No. Registration, invoicing, and dues follow-up are designed to run with minimal effort, and you can review and approve each step or turn individual automations off if your club prefers to handle them manually.
Are staff, families, teams, or events capped?
Staff, family, team, class, event, and tournament counts are not separately capped or charged today. Pricing is based on active players.
